I installed the dispenser in October, but by December, I was already experiencing issues. I chose this brand because I already have a Kyson rack. When I contacted customer service, their responses were slow, and they informed me that the problem was related to the fan. They advised me to turn it off, but if I do that, I won't have cold water. What’s the point of buying this if I can't have cold water?

Haven’t test dryer to the fullest yet but our installer Stephan was excellent. We had troubles with measurements, scared kena out lights, dryer and fan. So he measured and extended the electricals himself to make sure the dryer works extended in our space.

Functions are easy to use and the icons helped as well on the remote control. The small hangers very useful for small items like socks and hand towels. No need any clothes pegs.
Very easy to operate and has the basic hot, normal and cold water function, plus adjustable volumes that suits different needs. Love it!

Furthermore.. installation was at the premises of elderly who are less informed. Expected them to install rack on existing lighting point but it was installed beside and wiring extended out from original lighting point.

I visited Kyson showroom at Ubi today. The entire experience, from viewing the water dispenser to laundry rack system was fantastic. The staff, Kenny was very patient in answering all my questions and helpful. I am pleased with the slim design water dispenser and 'Expert' model laundry system bundle that I bought, worth every cent and help me save some money.

Had good experience at Kyson showroom and with the installation process. They were able to explain clearly the difference of the models for us to make an informed decision.
